RETURNS + EXCHANGES
+ We want you to be thrilled with your LeMay Shop Purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return based on the following policies.
+ Please review your order carefully. Contact us at hello@Lemayshop.com with any questions prior to ordering. Orders may be only cancelled if notified by email within 24 hours.
+ Some brands are not eligible for return –Some products are ineligible for returns. Some brands are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt with a 20% restocking fee. Email for Specific details before placing an order - email@example.com
+ Return your eligible item within 7 days of receipt in its original packaging and condition for a full refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return and a representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Number within 2 business days. Please note, returns will NOT be accepted without an RA#.
+ Return your eligible item within 8-21 days of receipt in its original packaging and condition for a LeMay Shop store credit. Please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return and a representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please note, returns will NOT be accepted without an RA#.
+ Write the RA# on your invoice and include with your return. Clearly mark the outside of the return box with the RA#.
+ If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 3 days of receiving items for an exchange.
+ Please do not send back purchases until you have corresponded with a LeMay Shop representative. Items mailed back must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
+ LeMay Shop reserves the right to refuse exchanges if items are not in their original condition. All products sent back to LeMay Shop must be pre-paid, with insurance covering the cost of the item and sent with delivery confirmation. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
